The Estonian National Culture Foundation

The Estonian Union for Child Welfare Foundation acting as a sub-fond of The Estonian National Culture Foundation was established in 2002 with the goal to support talented students acquiring basic or secondary education. The establishment of the foundation became a reality thanks to the Sillaehitaja 2001 award given to Estonian Union for Child Welfare by the Estonian Association Union and Finnish-Estonian Chamber of Commerce. The awards came with a financial bonus which was invested in the creation of the foundation.
